I wanted to take the concept of collaboration to a live platform to see how it would translate into imagery and storytelling.

The simplest way was for me to ask a person to sit in a chair for five minutes. I then turned my back away from the subject, so that I was not aware of how they were behaving, and they were not aware of when I was shooting. I also wore earplugs so I wasn’t aware of any movement that might influence my process. I pressed the shutter release randomly and with no pattern.
